Region Recycle Fiber Supply Manager
Description
The Region Recycle Fiber Supply Manager is responsible for managing recycled fiber procurement and supply execution for assigned papermills within the West Division. This includes overseeing resource allocation, inventory management, fiber quality, and supplier relationships to ensure the best cost and quality supply while maintaining Smurfit Westrock’s environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree.
- 5–7+ years of procurement/materials management experience with progressive responsibilities.
- 3+ years managing others, preferably with remote management experience.
- Experience in fiber/recycled products is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead teams, manage complex supply chains, and drive cost and quality improvements.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $103,500.00 - $172,500.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
