Refrigeration Technician (Cleveland)

As a Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for valued customers across food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure markets. This integrated model provides the opportunity to support projects throughout the complete lifecycle, from concept and design through manufacturing, installation, startup, operation, optimization, modernization, and long-term system support.

Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration repair and maintenance support for industrial accounts, including food and beverage and refrigerated storage equipment ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Conduct routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment in industrial applications.
• Use working knowledge of screw and reciprocal compressors, electrical troubleshooting for ammonia central systems, and control/alarm systems to perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supermarket, rack, or industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric systems (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Tobacco-free workplace; no tobacco products allowed during the workday on jobsites.
• Pre-employment drug screening, felony screening, and motor vehicle record screening required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring pre-employment and regular drug testing.

Pay

$30–$60 per hour, dependent on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (45–60 hours per week).
