Refrigeration Technician
What's the Job?
Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while also performing defined tasks independently.
Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and assist in general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment upkeep, and minor plumbing repairs.
Complete special tasks like painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other general maintenance duties as assigned.
Be on call for after-hours emergencies, ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities at all times.
What's Needed?
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and electrical work is preferred.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, lift, and drive frequently, along with excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
