Key Duties
- Maintain strong relationships with facility personnel, operations managers, and corporate leaders
- Schedule work and travel for a team of field service technicians
- Quote service, repair, and upgrade projects
- Manage service work orders using an online service platform
- Cookordinate customer communications and address service inquiries
- Source and secure required materials and equipment; manage deliveries
- Issue purchase orders and ensure billing accuracy
- Resolve vendor disputes and manage credit requests
- Collaborate with subcontractors to complete service projects
- Schedule inspections and additional service tasks as needed
- Prepare sales orders for accurate customer billing
- Participate in the on-call rotation, which includes one weekend per quarter and one weekday per week, providing remote troubleshooting support
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong phone and email communication presence
Preferences
- Prior experience in construction, automotive, or HVAC industries
- Mechanically inclined
- Quick to adapt to new software platforms
- Capable of making sound business decisions within budget, with minimal supervision
