Refractory Superintendent

About the Role

Manage and maintain all aspects of a job and/or project from the interface with the Project Manager to the field craft. Serve as the primary point-of-contact between the Project Manager and field craft personnel. Ensure all equipment and material are available and in good working condition. Provide technical and safety leadership and problem solving. On small projects, a superintendent may assume the duties of a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction trade experience
• High school diploma; college education recommended
• Ability to read and communicate from line and fabrication drawings
• Proficiency in business computer software (MS Office suite, etc.)
