• Minimum Work Experience: 6 months
• Scheduling Rep experience Required

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Knowledge of medical practice protocols related to scheduling referrals and testing.
• Knowledge of manual/ computerized scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of insurance and ability to obtain prior authorization.
• Skill in communicating effectively with physicians/clinicians about referrals/radiology.
• Skill in multitasking effectively, dealing with phone calls, in-office patients, staff and others pleasantly with calm and clear communication in all circumstances.
• Skill in flexibly responding to changing demand and planning, organizing, and prioritizing accordingly.
• Skill in projecting a pleasant and professional image.
• Skill in demonstrating compassion and caring in dealing with others.
