Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth
  • Drive Performance: Monitor referral workflows, track key metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Use Data to Improve Outcomes: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and lead continuous quality improvement efforts
  • Enhance Access to Care: Ensure a seamless, responsive, and client-centered intake experience
  • Strengthen Community Relationships: Support and oversee referral partner engagement to maintain trust and collaboration
  • Career Development: Coordinate systems and processes, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards

Required Experience/Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or access services

Preferred Experience/Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
