Responsibilities

• Lead Beer Leaguers through a series of drills and skill development exercises
• Teach a variety of skill levels to a variety of adults of different ages and hockey backgrounds
• Provide direct feedback as well as address the group as a whole
• Be patient and have a positive attitude

Requirements

• Good experience in coaching
• Willingness to follow guidelines and use provided resources
• Ability to adapt coaching style to meet the needs of different groups
