About the role

The Commercial Subcontractor is responsible for providing high-quality door and hardware maintenance, installation, and accessory services to clients in the commercial sector. Located in Pharr, TX, this position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair metal doors, wood doors, and other commercial door components
• Install new door hardware including locks, hinges, and handles
• Handle flag poles and toilet partitions as part of the service offerings
• Provide comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services to ensure all commercial facilities are in top condition

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial door and hardware maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
• Experience with various types of commercial doors and hardware

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
