Redding Senior Asst Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager who is inspired by the teaching of compassion and care. This role involves providing operational leadership within your assigned location, enhancing and maintaining high levels of presentation, and leading and mentoring new and existing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lend merchandising prowess to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout the assigned area.
• Provide operational leadership within your assigned location.
• Lead and mentor new and existing team members.
• Ensure the success of team members.

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to relocation for promotion.
