Red Control Lead

What You'll Work On
- Assist in overseeing and mentoring 10-15 OPFOR SMEs.
- Attend Event Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.
- Affiliate in development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies.
- Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.
- Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations on occasion.
- Affiliate in ensuring all new team members are trained on the Joint Land Component Constructive Capability and that existing team members retain proficiency.
- Affiliate in overseeing unit database scrubs and unit lay downs and start file builds.
- Run a shift in Red Senior Control opposite the Chief during training events and respond to requests from the Exercise Control Group (ECG) and the Team Chief.
- Affiliate in overseeing the OPFOR Commander’s intent in JLCCTC and ensure all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.
- During exercise execution, assist in oversight of approximately 100 part-time on-call employees.
What You Bring
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and doctrine.
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time.
Nice If You Have
- Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major.
- Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level.
- Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM).
- Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP).
- Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Master's degree.
Career Path

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Work Model
- Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
- Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
