About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will work with the day-to-day recruitment functions of Human Resources, including reviewing applications and resumes, conducting interviews, interacting with potential employees regarding their application, sending reference checks, and completing paperwork for new hires. This individual will also interact with current employees, plan company events, and coordinate recruiting events and activities. Assisting in other areas of Human Resources such as Benefits, Compensation, Safety, etc. will also be incorporated in this position.
Responsibilities

- Completing paperwork for new hires
- Interacting with current employees
- Planning company events
- Cooking recruiting events and activities
- Aiding in other areas of Human Resources such as Benefits, Compensation, Safety, etc.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week
- Ability to commute daily to local office is required
