About the role
The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the Rusumo Power Company Limited (RPCL).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial management of RPCL, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage the administrative operations of RPCL, ensuring efficient and effective support services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to finance and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
