Role Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the supply marketing team's projects, ensuring organization and prioritization.
- Cook up and execute marketing projects from start to finish, keeping all parties involved on the same page about what needs to be done and when.
- Handle the creation and distribution of both organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
- Watch over the marketing content pipeline, making sure everything is produced on time and meets high standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across various platforms.
- Provide valuable insights based on campaign data to help improve performance and meet recruitment goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing roles.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing multiple complex initiatives.
- Expertise in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies using data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to keep everyone aligned.
- Experience managing content calendars and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
