Role Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the supply marketing team's projects, ensuring organization and prioritization.
  • Cook up and execute marketing projects from start to finish, keeping all parties involved on the same page about what needs to be done and when.
  • Handle the creation and distribution of both organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
  • Watch over the marketing content pipeline, making sure everything is produced on time and meets high standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across various platforms.
  • Provide valuable insights based on campaign data to help improve performance and meet recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing roles.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing multiple complex initiatives.
  • Expertise in monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies using data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to keep everyone aligned.
  • Experience managing content calendars and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
