Recruiting Specialist - Part Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support a busy recruiting team with hourly hiring needs. This role will focus on reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, evaluating candidates, and scheduling qualified applicants for interviews.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and ask effective follow-up questions.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
• Manage multiple openings while maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Provide recruiting support as needed.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in hourly or high-volume hiring.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to dig deeper during phone screens rather than relying on surface-level answers.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-over-quantity mindset.
