About the role
The Recruiting Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress throughout the hiring process
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and employment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
