On-site position in Green Bay, WI. First shift, entry level. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay, WI to support Schneider's Driver Recruiting team. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the day-to-day tasks associated with interviewing and hiring drivers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chats and text messages from driver candidates.
• Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments.
• Schedule interviews for driver recruiters.
• Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, supply chain or logistics.
• Able to work full-time over the summer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
