Recruiting Intern - $20/hr

Rapid Response Monitoring is a national leader in alarm and security-system monitoring, designated as an Essential Business by the Department of Homeland Security. We protect life and property 24/7 from our headquarters in Syracuse and offices in California and Nevada.

About the role

The Recruiting Intern will assist in many facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and professionalism. This internship offers the opportunity to gain recruiting experience and the possibility of a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination and support
• Assist with administrative tasks such as conducting assessment/testing with candidates
• Serve as a Rapid Response ambassador at networking and recruiting events
• Ensure all candidate notes are collected and stored appropriately
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and collaborate with the hiring team
• Support process development and documentation through special projects

Requirements

• High School graduate with equivalent General Education Degree
• Completed or working towards an A.S. or B.S. degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative

Schedule

• Must be available between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday–Saturday
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Minimum 3 days per week

$20 per hour
