Precision Garage Door Service is looking for a Recruiting/HR Assistant to join our growing team. What You’ll Do: Manage the full recruiting cycle, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating scheduling with hiring managers Provide day to day HR administrative support, including maintaining employee files, updating HR systems, and responding to employee inquiries Support onboarding/ offboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, exit process and service titan creation Assist employees and management with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and general benefit relation questions.
