What You'll Do
- Verify nursing and caregiver licenses through state licensing boards
- Confirm certifications such as CPR, TB testing, and other required credentials
- Conduct OIG/GSA exclusion checks
- Maintain secure digital credential files
- Track expiration dates and send renewal reminders
- Ensure staff documentation is complete before scheduling activation
- Initiate onboarding workflow in internal systems upon hiring authorization from the Founder/CEO
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and process-driven work style
- Ability to manage confidential documentation
- Comfort using digital systems and document tracking tools
- Interest in learning healthcare compliance and credentialing processes
Training
Training will be provided.

Benefits
- Texas: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week
