Recruiting Coordinator - St. Petersburg, FL

About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, success goes far beyond filling seats—it means every hiring manager gets strong candidates fast, and every new hire has a smooth start. You'll help fill the jobs that keep our trucks rolling across Florida, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. Most of those are drivers and yard techs. You'll screen candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and move each new hire through our pre-employment steps until they're confirmed to start. It's a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who likes people, phones and keeping details straight. The work is office‑based at a computer and on the phone for most of the day, with occasional travel to yards or hiring events.
