Recruiting Coordinator Associate - Internship
Brief Description
The Scotlynn Recruiting team is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator Associate - Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn more about recruiting in a dynamic environment. This internship opportunity focuses heavily on candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruiting operations support, while collaborating with the team to assist in hiring efforts.
How You’ll Do It
- Aid in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for open roles.
- Partner with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for various positions.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Update and maintain our ATS to ensure data accuracy, organization, and compliance.
- Support the Recruiting Team with administrative tasks and hiring operations.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing needs.
- Assist the team with onsite career fair planning and talent branding initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting processes.
Compensation And Benefits
Paid at $14 per hour
Opportunities to gain real-world office experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition
Flexible schedule (20-25 hours minimum)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field.
- Available to work 20-25 or more hours weekly onsite in our Fort Myers Headquarters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about learning more about Recruiting and being a team player.
