Recruiting Associate
About the role
Primarily, you like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You are someone who likes to own outcomes, not only inputs. You’re motivated by having responsibility and accountability. You’re eager to do the work, big and small. You’re energized by creating order, helping teams move faster, and giving candidates a thoughtful, organized experience. You enjoy being the person who keeps many moving pieces on track, whether that means coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, preparing candidate materials, or making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’re motivated by the question, “How can I make this smoother?” and you have a track record of improving processes, communication, and follow through. You care about details because you know they shape the candidate experience and the hiring team’s ability to make good decisions.
We are less concerned with the number of years you’ve spent in recruiting than with the ownership, judgment, and organization you bring to the work. You believe exceptional hiring is one of the highest leverage activities inside a company, and you want to help build the systems that make great hiring possible.
