About the role

Lifeblood is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Associate who wants to build a long-term career in executive search. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is the first step in a structured career path designed to develop future Recruiters and Executive Recruiters within the MedTech industry.

Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Associate, you will work directly alongside experienced Recruiters and Executive Recruiters, learning how leadership teams are built across innovative medical technology companies. You will gain hands-on experience supporting executive search projects, developing industry expertise, building professional relationships, and learning the skills necessary to become a successful recruiter.
