Recruiter - Talent Management

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, technical, and corporate positions across the organization.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process, from first conversation through onboarding.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future growth initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing market insights, recruiting trends, and hiring recommendations.
• Leverage ATS, HRIS, and recruiting analytics to drive recruiting effectiveness and improve hiring outcomes.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility programs that help employees grow their careers at Placon.
• Represent Placon's employer brand at career fairs, networking events, and community partnerships to attract high-quality talent.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Manufacturing, technical, or professional recruiting experience preferred.

Schedule

Onsite, standard full-time professional schedule based in a collaborative office environment. Occasional travel to Placon locations, career fairs, or recruiting events may be required.
