Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site Madison, WI)

About the role

Carex is partnering with a BioTech industry partner to hire a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Madison, WI. This role will support clinical laboratory, operations, and manufacturing functions while owning full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer acceptance. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can balance strategic talent acquisition with hands-on execution. This is a contract, on-site/hybrid position located in Madison, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate assessment, offer development, and offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and talent requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted
