About the Role

This is a 6-month contract opportunity focused on recruiting top Sales talent across the AMER region. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional business leaders. The role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, market intelligence, and data-driven pipeline management. You’ll help build scalable recruiting processes and continuously improve the candidate and hiring-team experience.

Success will require strong judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a distributed environment. You’ll work remotely with teams across multiple time zones and contribute to a high-performance, technology-focused talent organization. The role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and using data and technology to improve hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business and talent needs.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offer management, and closing.
  • Build balanced candidate pipelines using passive, active, referral, and other sourcing channels, with particular emphasis on Sales and related commercial functions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, compelling job descriptions and recruiting materials designed to attract qualified candidates in competitive markets.
  • Use talent-market research, recruiting data, and industry insights to refine sourcing strategies and advise hiring teams.
  • Manage recruiting pipelines through the applicant tracking system, monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Use data from recruiting systems, candidate feedback, surveys, and other sources to recommend process improvements and course corrections.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates, providing timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with Talent Brand and other teams to strengthen employer messaging, candidate engagement, networks, and external talent partnerships.
  • Identify recruiting best practices and competitive intelligence to improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, workflows, and operating practices.
  • Represent organizational values and culture consistently in interactions with candidates, hiring teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels, preferably within Sales and related functions such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Field Operations, Enablement, or Ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in competitive, global, and remote talent markets.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise with a consistent focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, along with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong ability to develop candidate pipelines and use market intelligence to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and adaptable, with the ability to manage tight deadlines, competing priorities, and changing business requirements.
  • Comfortable working independently while exercising sound judgment and maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Experience using data and recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, and process performance.
  • Familiarity with technology-focused recruiting environments; experience within a public technology or B2B SaaS organization is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software tools and technologies, including Git and GitLab.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and identifying better ways to support hiring teams.
  • Experience working in an all-remote environment is a plus.
  • Candidates should be located in the AMER region, with the position specifically open to eligible candidates in the United States and Canada as applicable.

This is a 6-month contract position.

Benefits

  • Competitive contract compensation aligned with the role, experience, and location.
  • Fully remote working environment with flexibility designed for distributed teams.
  • Health, financial, and well-being benefits may be available depending on employment arrangement and location.
  • Flexible paid time off and paid parental leave may be available where applicable.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and development.
  • Access to employee resource groups and an inclusive, collaborative work culture.
  • Opportunity to work alongside globally distributed Talent Acquisition and business teams.
  • Exposure to modern recruiting technologies, data-driven hiring practices, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Opportunity to contribute to recruiting programs supporting a high-growth technology environment.
