Recruiter, Payment Integrity Services
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and own full-cycle hiring for our Managed Services business, with a dedicated focus on Payment Integrity and Managed Service Operations. You'll handle high volume requisitions and will need to balance the need to move candidates quickly to offer with the discipline of building durable talent pipelines for future hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage 3-4 open requisitions simultaneously, with multiple headcount in each
- Own the entire recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and advise on role prioritization and expectations based on market and talent trends
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Participate in (and at times lead) recruiting-related events (both virtually and in-person)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (we use Kula, but experience with any of Greenhouse, Ashby, or Gem is advantageous)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and Recruiting lead on pipeline status, bottlenecks, and forecast
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience recruiting within the Healthcare/Healthtech space
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape
- 2+ years of experience with volume-based recruiting (5+ openings per unique role)
- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrable experience building pipelines from scratch
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
- Experience with modern sourcing tools (Pin, Juicebox, etc.)

- Cross-functional Interview (30 minutes)
- Final Round: Stakeholder Interview (30 minutes), Peer Interview (30 minutes)
Timeline
We aim to complete the process within 2-3 weeks of initial contact. We're looking to move quickly and will be interviewing candidates on a rolling basis.
