About the role
Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Recruiter, Functional Service Partnerships (FSP). In this highly collaborative and delivery-focused role, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. As a trusted talent advisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop targeted recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring execution.
- Utilize sourcing expertise, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media recruiting strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (Workday experience preferred) to manage recruitment processes.
- Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting regulations, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, networking events, and industry forums (preferred).
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume recruiting environments.
- Recruiting experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong data orientation with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within Functional Service Partnership (FSP) or outsourced talent acquisition delivery models.
- Agency recruiting background with demonstrated success in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Track record of delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while achieving recruiting performance metrics.
