- Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
- After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.
- Projected Recruiter Earnings:
- Year 1: $50,000
- Year 2: $76,000
- Year 3: $102,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Customer or sales focused experience
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools

Pay
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
Hours may vary based on business needs and may require occasional evening and weekend work.
