Recruiter (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and professional-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and organizational fit.
• Cook up interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with HR to support offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment activities.
• Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring manager communication.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Strong demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting for exempt level roles.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial, or technical environments.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably UKG) and Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED

• Corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing or modular construction organizations.
• Experience with UKG, or similar ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $40 – $55 (hourly). Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Rise Modular’s Total Rewards package for employees.
