Recruiter (Contract)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Contract Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various clinical and non-clinical departments. You'll play a crucial role in building our teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Deliver consistent high-quality candidate experience as the first touchpoint to Judi Health.
• Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted strategic partner with leaders across the business, working closely with hiring managers on job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical Recruiter or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, specialized tech forums).
• Experience working in Greenhouse, strongly preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $40 USD - $45 USD (Remote, US and Denver, CO)

Location: Hybrid (Local to Denver, CO)
