About the role
You will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through thorough screening processes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in local job fairs and virtual recruiting sessions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to understand human resources and applicant tracking software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least three (3) years’ recruiting or human resources-industry experience preferred.

In-office at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
