Recruiter - Contract
About the role
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and will source, interview and recommend placement decisions for position openings in assigned region through the development of proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition strategies and methods, working closely with hiring managers and Human Resources professionals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Recruiter for position openings in assigned region.
- Partner with Director, Human Resources and/or hiring manager to develop recruitment strategies and sourcing tactics;
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers.
- Manage the sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, negotiation and closing components of full lifecycle recruiting.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, community organizations and other team members.
- Utilize multiple creative techniques to identify and attract passive talent not limited to social media, networking, employee referrals and job postings.
- Create and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations to increase diversity of candidate pool.
- Aid in improving Company’s overall recruiting effectiveness through technology tools and stronger hiring manager relationships.
- Stay apprised of trends and innovative recruitment techniques; suggest changes to improve current practices.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field
4 year degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of recruitment methodologies
Demonstrated written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Consultative skills to work closely with hiring managers at all levels
Ability to deliver results on multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Qualifications

Benefits
The expected pay rate for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
Please note that this is a remote contract position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
