About the role
Lennar is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant Trainee for its Dallas, TX location. This role is part of Lennar’s Homebuilders Day for New Home Consultants, an exclusive in-person hiring event where candidates can connect with Lennar’s Sales and Talent Acquisition teams.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Welcome Home Center under the guidance of a mentor.
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with customers to process sale agreements.
- Closely follow-up with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and attend community events and phone banks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree and real estate license preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver’s license to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales.
