Recruiter
About the role
As an Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be responsible for executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting.
- Manage the entire candidate life cycle.
- Review resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role.
- Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
- Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
- Accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A track record of success working in a metrics driven environment.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting environment. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
