Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using the applicant tracking system (ATS), including screening, interviewing, and hiring, background check monitoring
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of platforms and technologies
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs, define job requirements, and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Maintain a current library of job descriptions and sourcing resources
  • Follow established recruitment processes and meet defined timelines
  • Conduct phone screens and provide qualified candidate recommendations to hiring managers for next-step interviews (via Microsoft Teams or onsite)
  • Collaborate with the team to schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Coordinate with the team to schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Coordinate with the compensation team to understand job grading and banding structures
  • Present job offers to candidates and guide them through the acceptance process
  • Perform other HR type duties as assigned

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, however exceptional experience is considered
  • Two or more years’ experience working in corporate recruiting
  • Two or more years’ prior experience working with applicant tracking systems required
  • Experience with Paycor ATS a plus
  • Prior experience working as an HR generalist or coordinator a plus

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with a strong desire to service the customer
  • Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), applicant tracking system and social media tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, work independently, organize, analyze and interpret information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and independent decision-making abilities
  • Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractional conversions)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the company
  • Ability to establish work priorities, follow through, and meet established deadlines with sound organization skills
