About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our team by hiring top-notch Go-to-Market roles. In this role, you’ll partner with Go-to-Market leadership to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. You will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for entry to Director-level revenue-generating roles, including Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, and Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Advertise positions and screen candidates
• Prepare for interviews and extend offers to candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
• Assist managers and hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions
• Develop and implement hiring strategies in consultation with hiring managers
• Determine the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process
• Design eye-catching recruitment marketing campaigns
• Advertise sales jobs via suitable recruitment platforms and networks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in sales or business development recruitment
• Experience working with external clients with competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
• Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships across functions and levels
• Industry knowledge to engage with job prospects and understand qualifications
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools; proactive in independent learning
• Proficiency in recruiting ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
• Internal and external negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Experience with project and program management
• Experience working in startup and/or FinTech environments

Pay

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX, requiring 4 days a week in the office. It is a contract-to-hire role.
