Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring during our peak season. This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling hundreds of seasonal associates while serving as a positive ambassador in the local community.
What You'll Do
- Represent our company at local job fairs and hiring events.
- Distribute recruiting materials throughout the community to generate new applicants.
- Help grow and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Aid candidates through the application and hiring process.
- Conduct outbound calls to confirm new hire start dates.
- Fill open positions by replacing candidates who decline offers or fail to report.
- Assist new associates with onboarding and employment documentation onsite.
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed before start dates.
- Assign new hires to positions using the Swipejobs platform.
- Update candidate rosters and maintain accurate employee records.
- Add start dates and alternate IDs to tracking spreadsheets.
- Match candidates to departments and positions based on qualifications and staffing needs.
- Maintain recruiting spreadsheets and workforce reports.
- Audit staffing reports weekly to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Assist with additional recruiting and staffing projects throughout the peak season.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to confidently communicate by phone in both languages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large spreadsheets and data sets.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management is strongly preferred.
