Responsibilities
- Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, performing background checks and extending offers of employment.
- Administering new employee onboarding and assisting with orientation.
- Posting positions and sourcing candidates through various channels including job posting websites, job boards, social media, professional networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborating with the HR and management teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participating in career fairs and special events as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices related to recruitment, hiring, and employment.
- Preparing information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and employment laws, regulations, and best practices for recruitment and hiring.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s / Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, one (1) year of recruitment experience.
