About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across our sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, and other revenue-generating functions. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and develop scalable recruiting processes that align with Roboflow's growth objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights into market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective sourcing strategies. Success in this position involves consistently hiring exceptional candidates, earning the trust of internal stakeholders, and creating a positive candidate experience that reflects our company's values and mission. Your efforts will directly influence Roboflow's ability to accelerate its impact and bring innovative computer vision solutions to market efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and candidate profiles for GTM functions
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process from initial contact to offer
- Create and optimize interview loops to ensure efficient, fair, and engaging candidate experiences
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future GTM roles, emphasizing quality and speed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Leadership to forecast hiring needs and timelines
- Monitor market trends and talent availability in AI and developer tools sectors to inform sourcing strategies
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on hiring strategies, compensation, and market dynamics
- Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify outstanding candidates before they actively seek new roles
- Continuously refine recruiting processes, systems, and reporting to improve quality and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups, SaaS, or technology environments
- Deep understanding of go-to-market roles including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to reach hard-to-find talent
- Experience managing ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to sell roles and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Ability to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and close top candidates efficiently
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with hiring managers on strategic hiring decisions
- Curiosity about technology and the ability to understand and articulate technical products and roles
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a bias for speed and clarity
- Experience developing and implementing scalable recruiting strategies and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and fostering a collaborative environment
