Prerequisites
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience with ownership of full-cycle recruiting activities
- Experience recruiting professional, corporate, leadership, and operational positions across multiple functions
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit service industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, employment practices, and interview best practices
