The Position

Taking on the role of Recruiter isn’t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • New Restaurant Openings & Staffing Strategy

Prerequisites

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience with ownership of full-cycle recruiting activities
  • Experience recruiting professional, corporate, leadership, and operational positions across multiple functions
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit service industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, employment practices, and interview best practices
