About The Role

The role owns full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, and operations teams, partnering directly with hiring managers to scale key departments. This recruiter manages the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from defining search strategies and proactive sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. This position shapes the hiring process by implementing structured interview rubrics and managing an active pipeline. Working in a fast-paced technology environment, the candidate will directly impact the company's growth trajectory by identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth, white-glove candidate experience.
  • Partner with department leaders to build structured interview loops, define candidate calibration metrics, and write descriptive job postings.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized talent networks to build diverse pipelines.
  • Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews with stakeholders, providing data-driven updates on time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and sourcing channels.
  • Negotiate complex compensation packages, including equity and signing bonuses, to close top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to streamline onboarding processes and optimize ATS workflow configuration.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably inside a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing senior-level technical candidates (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers).
  • Expertise in modern ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search syntax.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting data to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize candidate flow.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with leadership and candidates alike.
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting within AI/ML engineering domains, or prior agency experience combined with in-house tenure.
