Remote opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter - wind and solar experience.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions connected to wind and solar operations, from intake meetings through offer completion.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to fill roles across development, engineering, construction, project management, asset management, operations, maintenance, safety, and field teams.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build long-term talent communities for specialized and difficult-to-fill renewable energy positions.
- Evaluate applicants, conduct initial screenings, arrange interview logistics, and guide stakeholders through timely hiring decisions.
- Support hiring demand tied to active project timelines, including recruitment across multiple sites and geographically dispersed field locations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting records within applicant tracking systems and ensure hiring activity is documented consistently.
- Track recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill and source quality to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry networking events, career fairs, and talent outreach opportunities to strengthen market visibility and candidate engagement.
- Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and the overall experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Temporary / Contract position for a Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Design and refine recruitment procedures, workflows, and supporting tools that can scale with evolving staffing demands.
- Define recruiting performance measures and analyze recruitment data such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality of selection, and candidate experience to guide improvements.
- Assess, select, and optimize talent acquisition platforms and sourcing solutions to increase efficiency and strengthen reporting visibility.
- Lead negotiations with external recruiting partners, including service agreements, pricing terms, and delivery expectations.
- Oversee agency relationships by reviewing results, controlling spend, and ensuring vendor support aligns with business priorities and recruitment standards.
- Promote a compelling employer presence by maintaining consistent messaging and creating a positive, engaging experience for candidates.
- Expand talent pipelines by developing connections with industry groups, academic institutions, and industry communities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key openings, including outreach, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer discussions.
- Champion a consistent, equitable, and metrics-driven recruitment approach across departments and hiring teams.

- Sr. Recruiter: $110,000 - $130,000 USD / Yearly
- Talent Acquisition Partner: $40 - $50 USD / Hourly
