Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to shape sourcing approaches that address both immediate openings and longer-term workforce needs.
- Conduct targeted talent research across industries, competitor organizations, associations, universities, and industry communities to identify strong candidate pools.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, referrals, databases, and social platforms to engage passive candidates.
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for assigned business areas, keeping prospects engaged for current and future opportunities.
- Review candidate backgrounds to confirm baseline qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with position needs.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sourcing activity, candidate progress, and pipeline data within recruiting systems, including Phenom and related platforms.
- Gather and interpret market trends, talent availability data, and competitive insights, then share practical findings with recruiting stakeholders.
- Expand internal and external networks to support long-term talent community development and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Contribute to inclusive sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging talent from a broad range of backgrounds and communities.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing outcomes, and market observations to recruiters and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruiting, sourcing, human resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing within a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated skill in passive candidate identification using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, benchmarking, and other research-driven sourcing techniques.
- Ability to build productive relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present opportunities professionally and engage passive talent effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or related recruiting technologies; familiarity with Phenom is preferred.
