Recruiter
About the role
The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. This individual will also serve as a key point of contact for employees, assisting with HR-related questions, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Serving as a key point of contact for employees, assisting with HR-related questions, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assisting with employee relations matters and HR programs.
- Pricing and workforce needs.
- Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administrative functions.
- Assisting with timekeeping and payroll-related processes.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across corporate or specialized roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage talent through multiple recruiting channels.
- Background supporting high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and candidate quality.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and keeping recruitment data current and organized.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of corporate recruiting practices, interview coordination, and candidate assessment processes.
