About the Opportunity

The Recruiter plays a critical role in leading full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and business roles. This position is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, attract qualified candidates, provide an excellent candidate experience, and promote inclusive hiring practices. The role contributes to strengthening the talent acquisition process and supports the organization’s mission by ensuring the acquisition of diverse, capable talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting including intake, strategy development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer creation, and negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, success profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conduct candidate assessments aligned with technical skills and organizational values.
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a transparent and engaging experience.
  • Implement structured and equitable hiring practices.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines supporting current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate on competitive and equitable compensation recommendations.
  • Recommend and implement recruiting process improvements.
  • Develop recruiting resources and training materials.
  • Support strategic recruiting initiatives and diversity efforts.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and improve effectiveness.
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events and build external relationships.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and evaluate their performance.
  • Maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or distributed teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with professionalism in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Background in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in education, publishing, or technology recruiting.
