Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator plays a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality talent pipelines while supporting the interview process through scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and candidate communications.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach campaigns and engage prospective candidates.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate market research.
- Maintain candidate activity and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Cook up interview panels, assessments, and debrief meetings.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, and interview guides.
- Ensure interviewers receive necessary information and are prepared for interviews.
- Track interview feedback completion and support recruiter follow-up.
- Cook up candidate travel and logistics when required.
- Provide proactive communication to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Recruiting Operations Support
- Aid recruiters with requisition management and interview workflow administration.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support recruiting objectives.
- Provide scheduling support and recommendations to maintain hiring velocity.
- Escalate interview bottlenecks or candidate experience concerns proactively.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at improving recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent coordination, or HR experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
