About the role

You'll travel regularly during peak seasons through Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Missouri. Must live in Hagerstown, MD or Columbus, OH!

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Use your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience a plus!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
