About the role
The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across both corporate support and onsite property roles within the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic advising; leveraging market insights, compensation knowledge, and local labor trends to guide hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including corporate support functions and onsite property positions (e.g., leasing, maintenance, property management).
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent availability, and competitive market insights.
- Advise on compensation ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geographic considerations.
- Educate stakeholders on labor market trends, sourcing challenges, and realistic hiring expectations across regions.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Create engaging recruiting content and collateral (ie. job postings, social media graphics, hiring campaigns) using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience within the multifamily industry strongly preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
